Responsibilities
• Proficiency in preparing breakfast items
• Storing food, proper rotation and labeling
• Cross training on all stations
• Prepare and cook meals, cold and hot dishes
• Clean and maintain kitchen, dish room, and storage areas
• Practice safety and sanitation procedures daily
• Weekend shifts are mandatory
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
• Previous Line Cook experience (+)
• Previous employment stability (+)
• Up-to-Date Food Handlers Card (required)
Skills
• Able to cook various dishes
• Able to work under pressure
during busy hours
• Able to multi-task efficiently
Full-Time / Part-Time Server

Evening Musician(s)
We are looking for a solo musician or a small band of 2 to 3 members who can perform in the evenings from 6:00 PM to closing on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
French-Themed, Jazz, Classical Music, R&B, Soul, or Folk. Alternative and indie genres are welcome, but we are not interested in rock, metal, hip hop, rap, etc.
Any instrument is fine (ex. accordian, saxophone, guitar, piano, etc.). We like Tony Bennet, Rat Pack, Ella Fitzgerald, Edward Velasco, Mark Massy, Louis Armstrong, Natalie Cole, Duke Ellington, etc.
Live Music Nights: Tues • Wed • Thurs from 6pm to Close.
$20/hr (tip jars are welcome)
